Intro
Guards now can use their saved up guardcoins to buy the new powerfull riot shield.
Cost:
10 000 Guard coins.
Permanent upgrade.
Note:
Those who had purchased it before, you were refunded 3000 guard coins, so you can rebuy it for 10 000
Benefits:
- no more backstabbing by sneaky prisoners
- having the shield on your back protects your back from sprays / shots.
- getting shot but no idea where from? equip the shield till you do
- if you miss an awp shot, spin 180° away from your enemy, when he shoots now hes hitting the shield.
Other changes
- Added the ability to automatically accept elephant guns (Thanks @MusicManiac https://clwo.eu/thread-4228.html)
- Added your current item count before crafting a recipe (Thanks @MusicManiac https://clwo.eu/thread-4083.html)
- Maps get extended when steam goes offline to prevent emptying the server (Thanks @Teemo https://clwo.eu/thread-4200.html)
- Auto voice nuke + warden has access too
- Wardens are persistent trought plugin reloads
- Added god mode for staff wardens
- Fixed elegun from hitting people in !playgames mode and god mode
- removed bombsite A! bombsite B! spam
- moved sm_bunny to sm_bunnyday & sm_bunnyday2 (thanks @Righty)
- added snowballs for donators
- fixed sm_give @me scar;sm_elgun @me race condition
- new anti crash system for guns spawning
- anti crash measures for Astra (nelly + joker bombs)
- prevent collecting of chickens in warmup then use them in the first round, lol

so it works just like !inv <player>
- moved lastguard buttons to prevent accidental claiming
- fixed freeday NR to be activated on map end
- disable friendly fire on round end
- fixed average warden rating to follow decay
- Prevent suicide bomb giveaway on slower player counts ( <= 7 t's )
- Added the random chance of getting 10 fire extinguishers when you die in a afire.
- Increased the amount of fire extinguisers to from 20 to 25 ( 250 guard coins )
- Added support for targets in sm_warnings ( so you can do sm_warnings Azzar ) https://i.imgur.com/MTVvSMA.png for a comprehensive overview I still recommend sm_warndata @all
- Added output for sm_spawners to allow command wise spawning (used in the warmup config)

- max 1 nadeboost gets consumed used per 5 seconds. works the same way as the fire extinguisher (so no more mass removal of nade boosts)
- Added a jailbreak section in /admin
- Added teamlock / teamban to /admin > players
- Fire extinguishers / sunglasses are now free when infinite ammo is on. (so if you have them, they won't get used)
