Hello, firstly I would like to thank management for allowing me a second chance on the server, really appreciate it :)
As of writing I am still unable to access the server and still get the banned error message when I try to connect, anyone can fix this for me?

Yeah, I will. You must have patience cos I am sick, so I have only few hours per day not sleeping :-).
