When u zoom in with the binos the crosshair ain't a 100% accurate, the crosshair is not exactly where it's suposed to be on the screen.

binos only lower your FOV.
It just zooms the view, nothing else is changed.
What you are seeing is gun inaccuracy.


If there would be no recoil, you can zap people away from the other side of the map.
