Now about you, I've seen your name come up in our communication platform 100 times in last 2 days. Which explains me a few things, you are lying a lot about you being freekilled when you are not. You are demanding staff to show their videoclips to you, they do NOT have to show you any proof, it is a service which they use and spend time to resolve YOUR falsly claimed freekill situations. You keep arguing multiple rounds over and over about such "freekill" situation, even when Senators or Senior Admins explain you why you were not freekilled.

Now this can go two ways, either you change your behavior on our servers or a longer time-out for yourself to overthink.

You were banned for lying to staff and being a pain in the ass. Aswell you have a 40 round teamlock on CT side for the moment when we will bring up the situation here.

Reason for this:

When you killed me in the vent on kwejsi I questioned it because to me you did not see me and I was confused. When I checked my clip I saw you could seen the other T inside of the vent but looking more into it you took your time before entering the vent.
From my theory which im quite sure about is that you saw the T go back into ventcell then heard me opening the vent so you decided to go into the vent after you delayed some time before entering. You told me you saw him in the gap and entered imidetly which you did not do. From the time you said you saw the T to you entering took you approximately ~16 seconds but after testing it out it should take max 8 seconds.
Then next map I questioned you about it again and you decided to leave without responding to me. I then asked another staff member to ask you why you left and if you could rejoin as I did not have you on my friend list.
You were being really cocky with the messages you sent and not really helpful

Aswell the reason I did not want to show you the clip is that I didn't have the time at the moment to upload it and show you. Aswell if management wants the clips I have no problem showing it to them about the situation but you don't need the clips as if you see them you will just try to find a new way to lie yourself out of the trouble as before.

The reason I banned you after you left is because I wanted second opinion about the situation from a higher staff member and see what they said. I never claimed this was one of your freekill complaints. All I did was sum up the reasons which have caused you to be banned from our Jailbreak server.

DrPapper gave his exact reasons for your ban in previous comment. As for the unban request, it has been answered and the ban will remain active.

Hello potato, I have seen the clip for myself and it doesn't match what you say, you delayed way too much to get into the vent and have done so previously.

In the clip I was shown you were saw standing at the bottom of the stairs outside main cell area where I am in this clip (https://streamable.com/k8nfiz), I walk to the vent and don't bhop or anything and it take at most 10 seconds, not the 16 it takes you in the clip I was shown, which shows that you had delayed an extra 6 seconds doing something else.

And also I have found an error in your working @Drpapperskorg and @Astra, let me break this down: There was another T behind Papper who I spotted through the slits in the vent, stated by Papper "the other T inside of the vent" who was behind Papper, stated by Papper "T go back into ventcell " therefore I must have saw him running around in vent back and fourth. The major point here is that Papper has been in the vent for a longer duration of time compared to ", the other T inside of the vent" who was in there for a shorter duration of time. Papper 's accusation that I took 16 sec to get there is not valid as his duration of time in vent is different between my duration of time of me spotting the T and getting to the vent which by Papper 's and Astra 's testing took "8s" and "10s" respectively.

This therefore solidly disproves Papper 's accusation that I took 16 sec to get to vent. 

Please reconsider your decision.

@Drpapperskorg I found another inconsistency to your claim. This implies that i was in sight of main cell area of the vent cell then heard you break vent and went to vent to kill you. However the time in your clip between you breaking the vent and me being there in 7s(sorry not even that I used a stop watch and it took 6.65 s) which further crumbles your claim. As you and @Astra stated takes it takes 8s and 10s respectively but with me to your claim being in main cell area it should take longer which would make your theory sound plausible, so unless i had speedhacks which is unlikely, your theory and claim is false, this means that i was already on my way to you. Therefore didnt take me 16 s to get there.

I have proven through contradiction that your claim is false. This reply and the previous show you are in the wrong.

I figured I would write a defined reply here to finish this thread and end the back and forth we have going on here as it frankly is just wasting everybody’s time here and isn’t providing anything beneficial to the subject at hand.  Now, given this is an unban request for the three day ban you received on the 21/02/2021, let’s focus the subject on this for now. 

The current reason for the ban is set as ‘lying to staff constantly, being a pain in the ass’, this has been further covered in multiple replies, though more specifically by Drpapperskorg who was the one who issued the ban.  Now, I feel this post is sufficient to close out this discussion as it quite clearly covers the reasons for the length of the ban and the ban itself, however we will once again state some of them here for clarity with some additional details:

• Repeatedly lying to staff – This is your 4th ban this year for this reason, one of which was removed and replaced with a teamlock.
  
• Time Wasting – Ties in with generally being a pain on the server, falsely reporting situations and so forth. 
  
• Refusing to see reason – Once again similar to above, reasons have been provided already for much of this, yet the ‘discussion’ has continued for no reason other than to bring up points that aren’t entirely relevant to the situation. 
  

Given the above, the ban you were given is fair and although you have replied multiple times with various reasons why this ban isn’t fair or justified, I’m sorry to say but your track record says otherwise.  I will also say that the evidence provided by the involved staff members is rather damning and suggests that you are either not remembering the situation properly or are intentionally lying to try and get out of the ban.  I’d like to believe that it is simply a mistake and we can put this issue to bed at this point.

The ban will stay at three days for the moment and you can rejoin the server on the 24/02/2021 once the ban expires, however I will say that this length here is still up for discussion given that this is your fourth ban in the last month for lying to staff members.  I will also say that your attitude here hasn’t helped matters as you seem intent on once again, refusing to see reason nor listen to evidence which supports the reasoning provided. 

I will also add a few additional points here:

• You yourself have been unable to provide any additional evidence such as a clip, screenshot or anything else other than what you’ve mentioned in your replies here.  This makes looking into these situations extremely difficult, especially when evidence is only provided from one view point.  In future, I would recommend recording your own view if you can as this may help you see why punishment was given and help you see if you did indeed delay on the way to a vent. 
  

• Your initial post is not helpful at all and doesn’t really make it clear why you are requesting an unban.  If you feel the need to post an unban request, we would ask that you write a post with all the information on the situation with added evidence where necessary.  Posting a single question is not helpful when we are reviewing a situation and frankly reflects negatively on an unban request.  Everybody makes mistakes, so write a constructive post which is civil and clearly respects all parties involved. 
  

• Everybody is allowed to be angry from time to time and I’m hoping that is one of the reasons for some of your replies here but please, where possible try and calm down before posting as it once again reflects very badly on your posts.
  

Finally, no staff member is required to collect evidence for bans they make, though we ask that they try to do so where possible to try and assist with situations like this.  There is no requirement for that evidence to be shared on the forums or to the involved parties, nor do we appreciate any demands for evidence, or any attempts at baiting staff members to ‘release the clip’ to the forums.

Thank you for your time and I hope to see you on the server in the future, I will update you regarding the ban if the duration changes however, please try and prevent situations like this from arising again and enjoy the fantastic community we are all part of.
