CLWO Karaoke Competition 2021 (Teamspeak)

Welcome to the official CLWO Karaoke Competition 2021 
Have you got a good singing voice and feel you could win this contest?

Rules:

• Blacklisted players are not allowed to compete 
  
• All of the general CLWO rules across the servers and forums apply. Breaking this may result in a community punishment. Any blacklisted players during the contest will be disqualified. 
  
• If a player doesn't turn on time; you will receive a two minute timeout bracket, if you fail to join within this period; you will also be disqualified.
  
• Your choice of song cannot contain any homophobic or racist words due to general CLWO ruling. 
  

Information:

• There will be three judges who will give their opinion on your singing, the judges are

Event Specifics: 
The event will run on the 12th March at officially 6PM GMT+0 (subject to change)

When it is your turn to sing, you are allowed to use a backing track as long as your voice can be heard more clearly over it, your allowed no longer than 1 minute to sing, after which the judges will each decide a score out of 10 If you pass the threshold of 20 total points you will move into the final round.

NOTE: A date for the final round will be decided around the time of the event. In the event of no one hitting more than 20 points the threshold will be lowered by 5 subsequently. 

Rewards:
1st Place: 1x Knife of choice under ($100) + 1x Party Crate +  Music Prefix Chat Icon (Thanks Kaili!) 
2nd Place: £30 Steam Gift Card + 3 Freedays + 1x Party Crate + Music Prefix Chat Icon
3rd Place: £15 Steam Gift Card + 3 Freedays + 2x Lootcrates + Music Prefix Chat Icon

Imo if entering with a prerecording it shouldnt be modified, just as raw as it would be on teamspeak.

I dont think that these arguements and questions are needed here, because either way general rules apply which means, if ur on JB, TTT, AIM or the Forums, you cant say/write the nword:

"1. Racism, xenophobia, discrimination or implied racism such as words that demean other people, or make them feel low due to colour of skin, sexual preference, et cetera is not allowed."

So your posts and discussing ends here. If u still feel like needing to talk to someone about it, you can politly ask that person if they want to. Aswell this is a invitation post for a Karaoke event and not for a discussion.

Rule Update:

Prerecording will be allowed and will take place on the 13th March around a similar time, however in order to do this in a smooth fashion we have taken the decision to apply the following rules:

- Voicemod is not allowed
- Prerecorded voice must be heard louder than any backing track used
